All our doors are sealed, have a smooth surface and are resistant to corrosion. Doors are important in the design of clean rooms.
Their role is not limited to the access of staff and products. Door glass panels ensure the observation of monitoring processes and the natural light is maximized.
Doors are made as sandwich-type, from two metal plates, the space between them is filled with either polyurethane boards glued to the metal plates, injected polyurethane, rockwool, aluminum honeycomb, or paper honeycomb.
Thickness of door wings ranges between 40 and 60 mm. The surrounding frame can be adjusted to allow the easy installation in all types and thickness of walls.
Fixtures are made of stainless steel and adapted to requirements – size and weight of door wings, shape of door handles prevent from hooking the aprons.
Automated systems for both sliding and wide-open doors are provided by reliable manufacturers. Doors are operated from wall board, elbow buttons or InfraRed. Blinds operated manually or electrically can be installed between the glass panels.
Our doors can be equipped with door viewers, windows used for room observation, X-ray shields made of 0,5-3 mm thick lead plates.
