Antibacterial PVC Wall Cladding: Material and Finish

Manufactured with a PVC base, decorative surface layer, and UV-coated finish, the panel combines a clean matte appearance with a lightweight yet durable structure. Its surface is resistant to moisture and water, easy to clean, and suitable for wet-area applications, making it a reliable choice for spaces that require both hygiene and long-term visual performance. The UV lacquered surface also supports scratch resistance and helps maintain the finished appearance over time.

Hygiene and Fire Performance

From a hygiene and safety perspective, the product is supported by testing according to TS EN ISO 846, Method C. For fire performance, the product is classified B-s1,d0 according to TS EN 13501-1:2019, indicating very limited contribution to fire, low smoke production, and no flaming droplets or particles. This supports its use in projects where both hygiene and fire-related performance are important design considerations.

Sizes, Thickness and Installation

The panel is installed using an adhesive-based wall application system, allowing fast and practical installation on suitable prepared surfaces. With a standard width of 1220 mm, a thickness of 2.80 mm (±3%), and project-based length flexibility, the system can be adapted to suit a wide range of hospital and healthcare interior requirements.
