Surgical Lights for Operating Rooms

Surgical Lights for Operating Rooms

Our Surgical Lights for Operating Rooms are designed to deliver reliable illumination for modern surgical environments, combining high lighting performance with integrated visual support for clinical procedures. Developed as a ceiling-mounted operating light system, this product family is available in double-head configurations and can be supplied with an integrated camera as a standard feature. An optional third arm with monitor can also be added according to project and operational requirements.

Lighting Performance

Each lighthead provides an illumination range of 40,000 to 160,000 lux, with 100-stage brightness control and a 1%–100% dimming level, allowing precise adjustment according to different procedure requirements. The system offers a color temperature range of 4000–5500 K, CRI ≥85, a spot diameter of 120–260 mm, and a lighting depth of ≥600 mm. With 80 LEDs in each lighthead, the unit is designed to provide stable lighting performance for operating room applications. Additional technical values include D50 / D10: 0.51, lamp power: 70 VA, lighthead thickness: 104 mm, and LED lifespan: ≥50,000 hours. The system operates on AC 100–240 V, 50–60 Hz and is suitable for working conditions of 5°C to 40°C, 700–1060 hPa, and 10%–80% RH.

Camera, Controller and Optional Monitor

A 4.3″ touch controller is included for system operation, and the lighting modes include standard, endoscope, and low light. The built-in camera is installed at the center of the lighthead and is supplied as a standard feature. Camera specifications include 2 MP, 1920 × 1080 resolution, SDI video output, 10x optical zoom, and 12x digital zoom. The optional third arm is designed to support a 24″ monitor, extending the system for visual monitoring and display applications in the operating room. The related SDI recorder is also optional and is supplied with embedded Linux operating system, 1 channel BNC, 1 channel VGA, 1 channel HDMI (1080P / 30 frames) HD output, 4 SDI video inputs, and a 2 TB hard disk. It also includes 1 SDI splitter and a 5 m SDI cable for connection between the lamp camera, monitor, and recorder.
