Slim Hygienic Recessed LED Panel Light

The Slim Hygienic recessed LED Panel Light is designed for indoor lighting in sterile environments, offering a recessed solution for hospitals, laboratories, operating theaters, cleanrooms, and other controlled areas. Manufactured with a metal sheet housing, electrostatic powder-coated finish, and a tempered clear glass front with opal diffuser, it provides a durable and clean-lined lighting solution for critical interior applications.

Optical and Electrical Performance

Its optical system features symmetrical light distribution with a 120° light output angle, while delivering UGR ≤ 22, CRI ≥ 80, and MacAdam ≤ 3 for consistent lighting performance. Electrically, the luminaire is designed with a power factor above 0.95, SMD mid-power LED light source, halogen-free cabling, 220–240V AC / 50–60 Hz input voltage, and a high-efficiency constant-current LED driver. It is suitable for ambient operating temperatures from -20°C to +40°C and offers an LED lifetime of L80B50 > 50,000 hours.

Recessed LED Panel Light Configurations

The product family is available in two configurations, allowing flexibility according to project requirements. The 595 × 595 × 90 mm version delivers 38 W, 4,470 lm, 4000K, Ra>80, with a 580 × 580 mm ceiling cutout and a weight of 7.3 kg. The 595 × 1195 × 90 mm version delivers 56 W, 6,600 lm, 4000K, Ra>80, with a 580 × 1180 mm ceiling cutout and a weight of 10 kg. Both versions are designed for under-plaster installation using a metal bracket mounting apparatus.

Controls and Ceiling Options

Standard control is On/Off. Optional features include DALI, 1–10V dimming, tunable white, emergency lighting unit, 3H emergency kit, CRI > 90, 2700K ~ 6500K, different RAL color options, plug-in connector, Class-II protection class, PIR sensor, and AC-DC Supply (MBS).

Ceiling / Installation Options: Suitable for plaster board ceiling, clip-in ceiling, lay-in ceiling, stone wool ceiling, and surface ceiling applications.
